Brooksville, FL - The Hernando County Fire Rescue responded to a single-vehicle accident on Ayers Road after a vehicle left the roadway and overturned in a wooded area.

Upon arrival, crews located the overturned vehicle off the roadway and quickly initiated scene stabilization and patient care. Firefighters accessed the vehicle in the wooded terrain and assisted the occupants, ensuring their safe removal and evaluation.

Two patients were transported to a local hospital for further treatment. After completing fire-rescue operations, the scene was turned over to the Florida Highway Patrol for investigation.
