Mutual Aid Crews Assist at Second-Alarm Structure Fire in North Braddock

Pittsburgh, PA - The Penn Hills No.7 VFC was requested to provide station coverage before being reassigned to the scene of a working structure fire in North Braddock.

Following the upgrade to a second alarm, Engine 227 and a crew of seven firefighters responded to assist with suppression operations. Crews worked alongside multiple departments to bring the fire under control and support ongoing operations.

Firefighters remained on scene for an extended period before being released, with the cause of the fire under investigation by the Allegheny County Fire Marshal.
