Foster, RI - The Foster Center Volunteer Fire Company responded to a report of a tree and wires down on Central Pike, where crews found a large dead tree blocking the roadway after bringing down electrical lines.

Fire personnel secured the scene and closed the roadway to ensure the safety of motorists and responding agencies. Utility crews from RI Energy worked to repair the damaged electrical infrastructure, while Davey Tree Service assisted with tree removal. Additional support was provided by Rhode Island Department of Transportation, which deployed equipment and personnel to clear the roadway and restore access.
