Emmaus- On July 6th at around 3pm, the Emmaus FD and surrounding companies were dispatched to a fully involved dwelling fire located on 911 Lawrence Drive. A column of black smoke was visible in the area and a precautionary second alarm was transmitted. Fortunately, on scene companies did not have a fully involved house but did have a heavily involved rectangular one story room and contents fire directly to the rear of the garage. Eventually, most of that roof was compromised. There was also some smoke damage to the rest of the house and there were no reported injuries.
