Ramsey, NJ - Ramsey Police, Fire Department, Rescue, and EMS units were dispatched to Mulberry Road for a reported motor vehicle crash with entrapment. Upon arrival, crews determined the incident involved a single vehicle that had gone into an embankment, leaving one occupant trapped inside.

Ramsey Rescue personnel initiated a technical operation, deploying low-angle rope systems to safely access and extricate the trapped individual. Additional resources, including Bergen County HazMat and Ramsey OEM, were requested to support the incident due to the complexity of the scene and vehicle position.

Crews worked in coordination to stabilize the situation, and the vehicle was ultimately removed with the assistance of a heavy wrecker. The incident highlighted the effectiveness of a multi-agency response and the specialized capabilities required for complex rescue operations.
