Ramsey, NJ - Ramsey Police, Fire Department, Rescue, and EMS units were dispatched to Mulberry Road for a reported motor vehicle crash with entrapment. Upon arrival, crews determined the incident involved a single vehicle that had gone into an embankment, leaving one occupant trapped inside.

Ramsey Rescue personnel initiated a technical operation, deploying low-angle rope systems to safely access and extricate the trapped individual.
