Fall River, MA - On Sunday afternoon July 14th, fire, police and paramedics responded to the intersection of Tremont and Pine Streets for a motor vehicle accident rollover with entrapment. Heavy Rescue 1 and Engine 2 arrived and went right to work stabilizing the vehicle while medics attempted to enter the vehicle to begin patient care. Cutters and spreaders were used to access the driver and extricate the patient. Within minutes the patient was on a backboard and loaded into a waiting Medical Rescue for treatment and transport.
