Fall River, Ma. On Saturday evening July 12th Firefighters responded to Pitman Street for reported still alarm structure fire. While enroute Command was notified that the correct address was 552 Alden Street and dispatch was receiving multiple calls reporting this fire. Ladder 4 on approach, reported heavy smoke in the area. Command arrived on scene and reported an exterior fire that was climbing an outside vinyl sided wall on a three decker all the way to the roof. Two attack lines were laid, one interior and one exterior to knock down all visible fire. All searches were negative and Command called for the Fire Investigation Unit and the Building Inspector to respond.
