Old Saybrook, CT. — June 28 — The Old Saybrook Fire Department sent Fire Boat Gordon B. Smith to help with a suspected boat fire in Westbrook. Additionally, the Westbrook Fire Department, Westbrook Police Department, Clinton Fire Department, and Clinton Police Department dispatched marine units. Throughout the incident, crews examined the vessel, coordinated fire control measures, and ensured water safety.
