Newburgh, NY - Dan Leghorn FD was dispatched to a vehicle into pole wires down on July 5 at Route 52 just east of Neversink Road. Vehicle left roadway and struck pole causing wires to come down. Firefighters secured area and assisted Town/Newburgh Police with traffic around the scene. Subject was not injured. Central Hudson was called,Dan Leghorn Fire Police handled traffic on Route 52 westbound onto Little Lane. Town of Newburgh Police are investigating the cause.
