Willington Fire Department Assists Union at Vehicle Fire

After crews were sent to the Town of Union for a car accident involving a fire, the Willington Fire Department responded to a call for mutual help late on June 12.
Engine Tanker 113 and Ambulance 513 were asked to help at around 10:25 p.m. Engine Tanker 113 provided manpower and water to support fire suppression efforts, while Ambulance 513 delivered a patient with minor injuries.
At around 12:15 a.m., Willington units finished the task and went back into service.
