Considering the way the weather has been locally lately, Thursday turned out to be a beautiful day for Springfields 99th Annual 4th of July Parade. 13 fire departments from Otsego and Montgomery counties took time to partake in the festivities. Montgomery county departments are reeling from devastating floods that tore apart several communities.
