Crystal River, FL - Citrus County Fire Rescue responded to a reported shed fire on W. Stockholm Lane in Dunnellon.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a 20-by-40-foot shed fully involved, with flames extending toward a nearby residence. Crews quickly initiated an aggressive fire attack, successfully stopping the fire from spreading to the home and limiting damage to minor exterior siding.

The fire was determined to be accidental and electrical in nature. No injuries were reported.Quick action and coordinated efforts played a key role in protecting the nearby structure.
