North Yarmouth, ME - North Yarmouth Fire Rescue responded to an outside fire at 373 Walnut Hill Road involving a well-involved 30-yard construction dumpster.

Chief 501 and B-57 arrived first and found the dumpster fully involved, with command established on scene. An all-hands response was requested, bringing in additional support from Cumberland Engine 102, Pownal Square 3, and Yarmouth Engine 82.

Crews deployed handlines and established a hydrant water supply on Walnut Hill Road to bring the fire under control. Other responding units assisted with extinguishment and overhaul operations.

Officials said the fire was determined to be accidental and no injuries were reported.
