ANGELICA, N.Y. — May 31 — In the Town of West Almond, Angelica Fire and Rescue and MTS Ambulance responded to a single-vehicle collision on County Road 2 between Perch Road and County Road 2A. The car veered off the road, collided with a number of trees and other objects, crossed a brook, and eventually returned to the road.
Firefighters helped EMS with patient treatment, secured the area, and dealt with automobile dangers. MTS Ambulance took the lone occupant to St. James Hospital in Hornell for assessment. Responding units evacuated the area and resumed operations after finishing tasks and making sure the road was secure.
