Jefferson Hills, PA - Jefferson Hills Fire Rescue assisted at a three-alarm warehouse fire on 9th Street in Glassport, where crews encountered a large floor-to-ceiling fire deep inside the building.

Firefighters deployed multiple handlines and master streams to bring the blaze under control. Large quantities of compacted cardboard and recycled materials complicated suppression efforts, requiring forklifts to separate debris so crews could extinguish lingering hot spots.

Firefighters remained on scene for approximately 12 hours before returning to service, while neighboring departments provided station coverage.
