MVA Extrication with Injuries in Blooming Grove

BLOOMING GROVE, NY - At 3:23 p.m. on June 15th, the Washingtonville Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with roll over on Route 208 just south of Barnes Road in the Town of Blooming Grove. While enroute, Orange County 911 advised the 1st Assistant Chief that police personnel at the scene were confirming a person trapped in the vehicle. Upon arrival, fire department personnel stabilized the vehicle and extricated the driver who sustained non life threatening injuries. The patient was treated and transported to Garnett Hospital by the Blooming Grove Volunteer Ambulance Corp. The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Blooming Grove Police Department.
