New Windsor FD responded to a three vehicle MVA with entrapment on State Route 9W in area of Walsh Ave on 17th of June. New Windsor Police

and EMS was at scene. New Windsor FD requested Vails Gate FD to scene to help extricate driver of van. Subject was extricated and transported to

Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital by New Windsor EMS. Firefighters used stabilization tools to secure vehicle with extrication was done. Checked other vehicles

and made safe from hazards. New Windsor Police investigating the cause.
