Car Flips Out of Ditch, Lands on Guardrail in Selden

Selden, NY - At 10:43 P.M. on Tuesday night, June 16th, a pickup truck was traveling northbound on Cty. Rd. 83 when the driver lost control and crashed into a ditch between northbound and southbound traffic. The truck launched out of the ditch, flipping onto the southbound roadway and coming to rest on a guardrail. Selden firefighters made quick work of a door pop, freeing the driver, and transported him to a local hospital. Firefighters took the the task of removing debris from the back of the pickup, including a fish.
