Mays Landing, NJ - Laureldale Fire Rescue crews also responded to a separate fire involving a trestle bridge off Reliance Avenue alongside the Mays Landing Fire Department.

Utility 18-34 arrived first and deployed a handline to knock down the fire, while Engine 18-33 supplied water to support suppression efforts. The fire was quickly brought under control, preventing further extension and damage.

Additional assistance was provided by the Dorothy Volunteer Fire Company, which used a marine unit to address remaining hotspots from the water.

Officials credited coordinated efforts between agencies for the swift resolution of the incident.
