NEW BRITAIN, CT - Firefighters responded to 244 South Main Street just after 8:00 A.M. on June 13th for smoking coming from a vacant home, with reports of possible squatters inside. No one was found inside, and the fire was held to a portion of the basement and first floor. The cause is under investigation.
