Emergency Crews Respond to Overnight Vehicle Accident

Saxton, PA - At 12:43 a.m. on June 12, 2026, Company 35, Unit 15, and Rescue 36 were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle crash at 911 Lower Main Street. While responding, Chief 35 and Captain 35-2 arrived on scene and determined the incident involved a single vehicle at the intersection of Main Street and Lower Main Street, prompting an updated location for responding units.
The driver had already exited the vehicle and was found to be uninjured. Based on the circumstances, Chief 35 placed Unit 15 and Rescue 36 back in service, while Rescue 35 remained on scene until the arrival of the Pennsylvania State Police.
Following the investigation, fire personnel removed debris from the roadway to ensure safe travel through the area. Once operations were complete and the scene was released by PSP, Chief 35 returned all units to service and placed the box back in service.
