In the morning hours of Sunday June 8th around 12:40 am the Yaphank Fire Department was activated for a reported motor vehicle accident with overturn and entrapment on mill road. On arrival of 5-30-16 and 5-30-31 they found that the driver had fled the scene. 5-30-15 and 5-30-9 continued to respond in a clear all debris and went back into service within a half and hour later.
