Leesburg Fights Room and Contents Fire

Leesburg Engine 61 responded to reports of a residential structure fire on June 10th. E61 arrived on scene to be met by the resident who stated the fire was in the bedroom. Engine 61 went into fast attack mode with a water can. Leesburg Engine 62 arrived on scene second due and handled primary search. The fire was knock down with the water can and contents removed from the home. The resident was air lifted from the scene with injuries from smoke inhalation. Leesburg Battalion 60 held command.
