Jamestown N.Y. (Chautauqua County)
At 1214 on 6/12/26. Jamestown fire department was dispatch to the 408 Lafayette Street for a reported structure fire.
At 1612 car 1 went on scene and reported heavy smoke coming from the rear of the structure.
At 1222 car 1 requested an off-shift of 12+1 with two fire Investigators.
Cause of the fire Is under Investigation
