Reidsville, GA - Tattnall County Fire and Reidsville Fire Department units responded to a reported storage shed fire on Mallory Road off Rod Strickland Road. Upon arrival, crews found a wooden shed fully engulfed in flames.

Due to the remote location, firefighters deployed a hose line from the roadway and carried additional equipment into the wooded area to access and extinguish the fire.

Crews were able to bring the fire under control despite the challenging conditions. No injuries were reported, the cause of the fire is under investigation, with initial reports suggesting a possible lightning strike.
