Early-Morning Structure Fire in Fall River

FALL RIVER, MA - Fall River Firefighters quickly extinguished flames at a local commercial structure occupied by an insurance company just after 6:15 AM on Saturday, June 7th. Firefighters responded to a call of smoke coming from the roof, arrived on scene and reported light smoke showing and were searching for the source. Interior crews reported fire in the A/D corner and began extinguishment. Crews reached a hatch to a crawl space under the building and made access to find that an appliance may have been the cause of the flames.
