Orange/Winona Lake-GoodWill-Air Guard-Coldenham FD responded to automatic alarm on June 5th-at Sapphire Nursing Home-Meadow Hill Road. Firefighters arrived

and staff directed them to rear of building-small area where employees were using wielding equipment and started a small fire-fire was out. Firefighters checked and watered

down the pile where fire had been. All units returned to quarters afterwards.
