Hernando, FL - Hernando County Fire Rescue responded to a traffic crash at the intersection of Powell Road and Broad Street, where crews are currently operating on scene.

All southbound lanes of Broad Street are shut down as emergency personnel work to manage the incident and ensure scene safety.

Two occupants have been transported with non-life-threatening injuries.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and expect delays until the roadway is cleared.
