Fall River, Ma. Early Saturday morning, June 1st. firefighters responded to 65 Cherry Street for a reported fire. Car 2 arrived on scene and reported smoke showing from the second floor. Engine 2 was ordered to position their truck on the B side of the building and bring an attack line up the rear stairs to the second floor. Members attacked the fire and quickly knocked down all visible fire. Platform 1 set up on the A side and prepared to use their tower but were not needed to vent the roof.
