Shelton, CT - Shelton firefighters responded to a high-rise building on Parrott Drive for multiple fire alarm activations. Upon arrival, crews encountered light smoke conditions on the upper floors while conducting a thorough investigation.
Firefighters located a small fire in a trash bin in the basement, which was quickly extinguished. Multiple units operated under command to ensure the fire was fully contained and no extension occurred throughout the building.
The structure remained habitable, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
