Fall River, Ma., On Wednesday evening, May 29th. family, friends, and co-workers gathered at Government Center  to witness the promotions of three members. Captain Kevin Emond was promoted to District Chief, Lieutenant Raymond Schofield was promoted to Captain, and Firefighter Michael Fish was promoted to Lieutenant. The Oath of Office was delivered by Fire Chief Jeffery Bacon to the new officers. Each firefighter was pinned by a family member with their new ranks.
