Newburgh FD responded to one vehicle MVA with possible entrapment at 196 Du Pont Ave on 28th of May. City/Newburgh Police and Empress EMS was

at scene. Driver was checked by EMS-Refused medical treatment. Firefighters checked vehicle and made safe from hazards. Road was closed till driver

was out of vehicle-no entrapment. Vehicle left road and struck building coming to rest by electric meter. FD stood by until tow truck arrived. City/Newburgh

Police investigating the cause.
