NESCONSET, NY - The Nesconset Fire Department was called to Middle Country Road at around 8:51 a.m. on May 2nd for a car fire. Assistant Chief Anderson confirmed a fully involved vehicle fire when he got on scene. Together, firefighters from Engines 4-4-1 and 4-4-2 quickly put out the fire. At around 9:49 a.m., all units cleared the area.
