Town/Newburgh Police Good Will FD Town/Newburgh EMS responded to a pedestrian struck by motor vehicle State Route 17K infront of M&T Bank around 

10:40 am on May 20th. Town/Newburgh Police blocked road off at Auto Park Place and entrance to Target. EMS worked on pedestrian - placed medevac on stand by

Good Will FD secured the scene and picked up subjects belongings-Empress EMS was at scene assisted with treatment. Subject was transported to Montefiore-St Lukes 

Hospital where he was declared DOA. Town/Newburgh Police taped area off and investigated the scene.ID Unit took pictures-Detectives were at scene interviewing witness's.

Road was closed during the investigation. Town/Newburgh Police investigating the cause.
