Civilian Recognation Award-Who on the 25th day of June 2023,while off-duty at the Knox Village Apartments swimming pool,did observe a child in the deep end of the pool

appearing to be in distress. Displaying your tenacity and dedication to public safety,you entered the swimming pool,removed the child from the water and performed life-saving

measurers including CPR. You were successsful in restoring his breathing and regaining a pulse. Your actions on this day were instrumental in saving the child's life. Presented 

this 15th day of May 2024.
