Ridgefield Firefighters Control Structure Fire in 30 Minutes

RIDGEFIELD, NJ - The Ridgefield Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire on the west side of town at around 2:56 p.m. on May 2nd. According to officials, crews arrived and contained the fire in about 30 minutes, stopping it from spreading. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The agency acknowledged the Countywide Rehab Unit for helping firefighters on scene and praised mutual aid organizations for their help during the incident.
