Engine 2 Assists at Second Alarm Building Fire in Amherst

Hollis, NH - Hollis Fire Department Engine 2 operated at the scene of a second alarm building fire in Amherst, providing critical mutual aid assistance alongside multiple responding companies.


Upon arrival, the four-member crew was assigned to fireground operations.


Three firefighters operated on the fireground conducting fire attack and overhaul, while the driver remained at the roadside supporting water supply operations to maintain sustained suppression efforts.


Crews integrated smoothly into the incident’s unified command structure, contributing to both suppression and post-fire stabilization operations.


Their work supported ongoing fire attack efforts and ensured adequate water supply throughout the incident.
