Pennsburg, May 12, 2025, 3:46 PM---Pennsbvurg Fire Co. was dispatched to an accident with injuries on Main St. in the borough involving three vehicles. A second alarm was needed for extra manpower to assist because it was upgraded to a rescue. Assisting Pennsburg was East Greenville Fire Co. with manpower and Fire Police. After the rescue was completed, an elderly man was transported to the hospital with injuries. Two of the vehicles had extensive damage. Assisting the fire companies was Upper Perk EMS, Upper Perk Police, and East Greenville Police.
