Just before 3am City of Bradenton was dispatched to a reported structure fire at the Everest Apartments. The first units on scene were greeted with fire through the roof of a two-story apartment, a second Alarm was transmitted.  This stand-alone apartment has no roadway for access, Firefighters have to hand lay into the Fire Building. The residents escaped with only what they had on their back. The apartment building had 4 units, two involved with fire on Division 2 and minor damage on Division 1. Red Cross was notified for assistance for the displaced families. The City of Bradenton was assisted by Southern Manatee, Cedar Hammock, North River. Manatee County EMS provided Medical and Rehab for the incident.
