On May 11th around 3:00 pm The Lower macungie Fire Department, Topton Fire Company and Greenawalds Fire Company for RIT and Macungie EMS were dispatched for a structure fire in the rear of 133 West 2nd st in the borough of Alburtis, A Alburtis P. D. car arrived and called in a working garage fire. Chief 30 arrived and confirmed a working fire and engine-tanker 1 arrived and went into service with 2 handlines to to bring the fire under control. Cause of the fire is pending the investigation by the fire marshal.
