VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – Volusia County Fire Rescue would like to congratulate Fire Chief Howard Bailey, Lieutenant Matt Branch, and Division Chief Paul Ebanks on their retirement. This group contributed over 90 years of combined service to the Public Protection Division serving the Central Florida area. They are shining examples of rising in the professional ranks, as each of them started as a volunteer and now ends in a leadership position for the department.
