Multiple Agencies Assist at Jackson Residential Fire

JACKSON, N.J. — April 13th — Following many 911 calls reporting visible smoke and flames, members of Jackson Fire District No. 3 responded to an outdoor smoke investigation in the Brookwood 4 complex. When emergency personnel arrived, they discovered a fire behind a house.


While ventilation fans cleared the interior of the house of smoke, firefighters swiftly put out the fire and investigated the house for an expansion. Together with the Jackson Police Department, Jackson Township Fire District No. 4, Jackson Fire District No. 2, Jackson Twp Vol Fire Co #1-Station 55, and Jackson Mills Volunteer Fire Company offered mutual aid assistance.
