On April 14, multiple mutual aid agencies and Company 57 of the Hustontown Area Volunteer Fire Company responded to a brush fire.
Before things got worse, crews collaborated to swiftly contain the fire and put it under control. Authorities attributed the fire's slow spread to the responding firefighters' quick action and well-coordinated efforts.
