On April 13, Bowmanstown Volunteer Fire Company personnel responded to two occurrences.
Firefighters were called to the southbound tunnel on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in the morning due to an injury-causing car accident. Crews responded to a brush fire on East Lizard Creek Road in East Penn Township later in the day.
