Brookville Crews Respond to Early-Morning Fire

BROOKVILLE, PA - The Brookville Fire Company responded to a working structure fire at Box 2M HH on May 3rd at 6:41 a.m. When Assistant 10-2 and Deputy 2 arrived, they verified that all of the building's residents had safely evacuated.
Units 2, 1, 6, 7, 8 and 10, along with DuBois Fire Department Engine 73, designated as RIT, were part of the response. Crews on Engine 7 and Engine 10 helped Ladder 2 extend a line to Division 2.
All mutual aid organizations and staff were recognized by officials for their assistance and responsiveness during the incident. The Brookville Eagles were also acknowledged by the department for giving first responders on scene breakfast sandwiches.
