MONMOUTH BEACH, NJ - The Monmouth Beach Fire Department responded to a multiple-car collision on Ocean Avenue on April 17th at around 6:00 p.m., with mutual aid from Sea Bright Fire Rescue. When crews arrived, they discovered a two-car collision with one vehicle flipped. The driver and passenger were removed from the car by firefighters from units 33 and 43. Until the car was removed, fire units stayed on scene to mitigate hazards and guarantee scene safety. Monmouth Beach EMS assessed and treated patients on scene. The Monmouth Beach Police Department is looking into the collision.
