4th Alarm Injures Several FDNY Members

Sunday was a busy day for New York’s Bravest with several multiple alarm fires .Queens Box 7738 was transmitted shortly after 1500 for a multiple. First due arriving units quickly transmitted a second and when several FDNY members fell through a floor a 10-66 and eventually a 4th Alarm. The inured members were removed to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. Fire Commissioner Bonsignore, Chief of Department Esposito and Chief of Fire Operations Kevin Woods were on scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Bureau of Fire Investigation.
