Fire Destroys Two Northampton Homes, Three Families Displaced

NORTHAMPTON, PA - On April 28th slightly after 5:00am, the Northampton County 911 Center dispatched companies to a working fire at 164 and 166 Stark St. in the borough.
Incoming companies experienced arcing wires in front of the fire buildings, hampering early operations. The blaze went to two alarms, with three families being made homeless.
Assisting NFD were North Catasauqua, Coplay, Hanover, Hokendauqua, Lehigh Twp., Catasauqua, Bath, Nancy Run and Palmer Twp.
