EAST BROOKFIELD, MA - When a single-car motor vehicle accident involving one occupant was reported on April 10th, the East Brookfield Fire Department responded to the Bay Path Road location. When units arrived, the car was off the road and the driver was already out. There were no injuries, according to early accounts. In addition to checking the occupant and conducting a scene assessment, the crews made sure there were no hazards like fluid leaks or road hazards. EMS and police officers helped with scene safety and assessment.
