Rehab Services Provided During Outdoor Fire

At around 12:00 p.m. on April 25, the Special Signal Fire Association/Providence Canteen arrived at General MacArthur Drive to assist crews fighting a brush fire.


When Canteen 1 arrived on the scene, it offered food and hydration as well as rehabilitation services to firemen who were working outside. Support units are crucial to maintaining crew performance since brush fires can necessitate prolonged operations.
